Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 18, 2026
1. Introduction and Scope
Welcome to LudicCraft. We are committed to protecting your privacy and your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.
This policy applies to all LudicCraft mobile applications published on Google Play, as well as to this website. It describes the practices declared in the Google Play "Data safety" section of each of our applications (see section 4).
As of the date above, those applications are:
- Brick Breaker: Neon Roguelike
- Chromory ยท Color Memory
- Crossword Solver & Word Finder
- Distance Measure Pro: GPS Area
- Gravix: Gravity Puzzle
- Lexiverse: Word Games
- MemoPop: Memory Puzzle Game
- Memory Heist
- Numina: Math & Brain Games
- Pixmory: Photo Memory Game
- Railsort: Train Brain Puzzle
- Reflex Master: Brain Games
- Snak Quest
- Stax: Stack & Balance
- TIC TAC TOE XXL
- Univert: Unit Converter
Our applications do not all behave identically. A few of them offer an online leaderboard, sign-in to Google Play Games, notifications, or an in-app purchase, and this policy says so explicitly wherever that is the case. Where a section applies to some applications only, it names them.
By using our applications, you accept the practices described in this privacy policy. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our applications.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information Provided Voluntarily
None of our applications asks for your real identity, and none requires you to create an account with a password. The information you may provide directly is:
- A nickname of your choosing, if you decide to appear on an online leaderboard. This concerns Memory Heist, Reflex Master and TIC TAC TOE XXL only. The nickname is stored on our behalf by Google Cloud Firestore, alongside your score and an identifier generated by the application. It is not linked to your real identity, and playing without submitting a score sends nothing.
- Photos you pick yourself, in Pixmory, whose game is played with your own images. They are read from your gallery, stay on your device, and are never uploaded to us or to anyone else.
- Your email address and the content of your message, when you contact our support team or submit a data deletion request
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
The following data is collected automatically by the Google SDKs integrated into our applications:
- Advertising ID (Android Advertising ID), used by Google AdMob to display advertisements and limit their repetition
- Crash and diagnostic data (error reports, device model, Android version, memory available at the time of the crash)
- Application usage data (screens viewed, features used, session duration)
- Technical device information (model, operating system version, language) and IP address, used by the advertising and analytics services to secure requests and to estimate an approximate region (country/city level)
- A notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging), in Reflex Master only, which is what lets a reminder reach your device. It identifies the installation, not you.
Local reminders. Numina can show you a daily reminder that its challenge is waiting. That reminder is optional, off until you turn it on, and it is scheduled and displayed by your own device: no token is created, nothing is sent to us or to Google, and no server is involved. Turning it off in the application's settings stops it immediately.
Two applications contact a third party that is not Google, for a feature that cannot work offline. In both cases the request carries your IP address, as any web request does, and nothing else about you:
- Distance Measure Pro loads its map background from OpenStreetMap. Requesting a map tile reveals the area you are looking at to the OpenStreetMap Foundation. Your GPS track itself is stored on your device and is never sent anywhere โ only you can export it.
- Univert fetches daily exchange rates from open.er-api.com. The request contains no data about you, not even which currency you are converting.
2.3 Information We Do Not Collect
To remove any ambiguity, none of our applications collects:
- No password โ no application has one
- No real name, postal address, or phone number
- No contacts, calendar, SMS, call logs, or files
- No microphone or camera access
- No health, biometric, or bank card data
- No cloud save: your progress, scores and settings live on your device and are deleted when you uninstall (see section 7)
Three points deserve a precise answer rather than a blanket "no", because they are true of some applications and not others:
- Precise (GPS) location โ read only by Distance Measure Pro, which exists to measure distances, and only while you are recording. The track stays on your device.
- Your photos โ read only by Pixmory, from the images you pick yourself. They stay on your device.
- Sign-in โ only Lexiverse offers one, through Google Play Games, and only if you tap it (see section 7). TIC TAC TOE XXL creates an anonymous Firebase account by itself so that a leaderboard entry can belong to someone; it involves no Google account of yours and asks for nothing.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected in order to:
- Provide our services: Enable the operation of our applications and their features
- Improve our applications: Analyze usage and crashes to fix bugs and optimize the user experience
- Communication: Respond to your support requests and to the exercise of your rights
- Advertising: Display advertisements that fund our free applications (personalized only with your consent)
- Security: Detect and prevent fraud and abuse
- Legal obligations: Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations
4. Correspondence with the Google Play "Data Safety" Section
The list below matches the declarations we make in the Google Play "Data safety" form. Any change to our practices is reflected in both places at the same time. The first four items apply to every application, because every application is ad-supported; the ones after that apply only to the applications they name.
Data collected โ all our applications
- Device or other IDs: collected and shared with Google AdMob (Android Advertising ID and App Set ID). Purpose: advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Not linked to your identity.
- App activity โ App interactions: collected and shared with Google AdMob, and processed by Google Analytics for Firebase where that SDK is present. Purpose: advertising, analytics and application improvement.
- App info and performance โ Diagnostics: collected and shared. Purpose: advertising, analytics and fraud prevention.
- Location โ Approximate location: derived from your IP address by the advertising and analytics services, and shared with them. Region level, never a street address.
Data collected โ specific applications
- Personal info โ Name: the nickname you choose for an online leaderboard, in Memory Heist, Reflex Master and TIC TAC TOE XXL. Collected, not shared. Purpose: application functionality. Optional โ not submitting a score sends nothing.
- Device or other IDs โ User ID: an identifier generated by the application, or an anonymous Firebase identifier, which is what ties a leaderboard entry to one player. In Reflex Master, TIC TAC TOE XXL and, if you sign in, Lexiverse (Play Games player ID).
- App info and performance โ Crash logs: collected by Firebase Crashlytics in Lexiverse and Reflex Master. Purpose: application stability.
- App activity โ App interactions (analytics): Google Analytics for Firebase is present in Lexiverse, Memory Heist, Numina, Pixmory, Reflex Master and TIC TAC TOE XXL. It records which screens are opened and which features are used, so we can see what is worth improving. Purpose: analytics. In Numina, nothing is recorded until you accept the consent form, and a refusal stops the collection rather than merely de-personalising it.
- Personal info โ Email address: collected only if you write to us or submit a deletion request. Purpose: customer support. Optional, never collected inside the application.
In-app purchases. Chromory, Crossword Solver & Word Finder, Lexiverse, Numina, Pixmory and Stax offer a paid option that removes advertising. The transaction is handled end to end by Google Play Billing: we never receive or store your payment details, and only learn that the option is active on your device.
Other declarations
- Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- You can request the deletion of your data via our data deletion page
- We do not sell your personal data
- No data is collected from a user identified as a child under the "Designed for Families" program beyond what is required for the app to work
5. Sharing of Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. Your information may be processed by:
- Google AdMob: display of advertisements (advertising ID and technical data) โ Privacy Policy
- Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Remote Config, depending on the application): usage statistics, crash reports, online leaderboards and notifications โ Privacy and Security
- Google Play Games Services: only in Lexiverse, and only if you choose to sign in โ Privacy Policy
- OpenStreetMap Foundation: only in Distance Measure Pro, which loads its map background from their servers โ Privacy Policy
- open.er-api.com: only in Univert, which fetches daily exchange rates there. The request carries no data about you.
- Google Play Billing: for the applications that offer in-app purchases, transactions are handled entirely by Google. We never receive your payment details.
- Legal authorities: If required by law or to protect our rights
- Business transfer: In the event of a merger or acquisition (with prior notice)
6. Advertising
Our free applications display advertisements provided by Google AdMob, which is our only advertising partner. No other advertising network is integrated into our applications.
- In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, a consent form (Google UMP) is displayed on first launch. Without your consent, the advertisements shown are non-personalized.
- You can change your choice at any time from the privacy option in the application's settings.
- You can also reset or delete your advertising ID from your device settings (Settings › Google › Ads).
7. Play Games Services, Leaderboards and Cloud Save
No application offers cloud save. Your progress and settings are stored solely on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the application. Reinstalling starts you over โ this is a limitation, and we state it plainly.
Google Play Games Services is used by Lexiverse alone, and only if you tap "Sign in" in its settings. If you do, Google gives the application your Play Games player identifier so that achievements and leaderboards can be attached to your player profile. We do not receive your Google account, your email address, or your friends list. If you never tap it, nothing of this happens.
Online leaderboards exist in Memory Heist, Reflex Master and TIC TAC TOE XXL. Submitting a score sends the nickname you chose, the score itself, and an identifier for your installation โ nothing else, and nothing that identifies you as a person. These three applications are therefore the exception to "solely on your device": the scores you publish are, by definition, published. Everything else still stays local.
You can ask us to delete a leaderboard entry at any time via our data deletion page.
8. Data Retention
- Support communications: Retained for 3 years after resolution
- Usage and crash data: Retained by Google for a maximum of 14 months
- Advertising ID: Not stored by us; handled by Google in accordance with its own policies
- Game data (progress, scores, settings): Stored on your device only, for as long as the application remains installed
- Purchase records: Retained by Google in accordance with accounting obligations (generally 10 years)
9. Data Security
We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your data:
- Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- We do not operate any server storing your personal data; the data described above is processed by Google's services
- Restricted access to support communications
- Minimization: we only collect what is necessary
- Regular review of the SDKs integrated into our apps
10. Your Rights (GDPR and Other Regulations)
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable regulations, you have the following rights:
- Right of access: Obtain a copy of your personal data
- Right to rectification: Correct your inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right to erasure: Request the deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Right to restriction: Restrict the processing of your data
- Right to portability: Receive your data in a structured format
- Right to object: Object to the processing of your data
- Right to withdraw consent: Withdraw your consent at any time
To exercise these rights, contact us at: contact@ludiccraft.com
To request the deletion of your data, visit our data deletion page.
11. Protection of Children
We take the protection of children very seriously. Some of our applications may be intended for children or include content suitable for all ages.
Two applications are enrolled in Google Play's "Designed for Families" programme: Pixmory and TIC TAC TOE XXL. What follows concerns them. Our other applications are aimed at players aged 13 and over.
- We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 years of age without verifiable parental consent
- Applications intended for children comply with COPPA rules and the requirements of Google Play's "Designed for Families" program
- In these applications, advertisements are non-personalized: the advertising SDK is told to treat every request as child-directed, and the content of the ads is capped at the most permissive age rating
- In both of them the advertising ID is not requested at all: the permission is removed from the application
If you are a parent and believe that your child has provided us with personal data, contact us immediately at contact@ludiccraft.com.
12. International Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, in particular by Google. We ensure that these transfers are carried out in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular by using standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy periodically. Any change to our data practices is applied simultaneously to this page and to the Google Play "Data safety" declaration, before the release of the version concerned.
In the event of significant changes, we will notify you through the application or by email. The "last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the current version.
