Frequently Asked Questions
๐ฎ Technical issues
If the app closes unexpectedly, try these solutions:
- Make sure you have the latest version of the app
- Restart your device
- Clear the app's cache (Settings > Apps > [App name] > Storage > Clear cache)
- Check that your device has enough storage space
- If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the app
If none of these solutions work, contact us with your device details and Android version.
If your progress has disappeared:
- Check your connection: Make sure you're signed in to the same account (Google Play Games or LudicCraft account)
- Synchronization: Launch the app and wait a few seconds for synchronization
- Switching devices: Sign in with the same account on your new device
Note: Some data may be stored locally only. We recommend creating an account to save your progress.
In case of an installation problem:
- Check your internet connection
- Make sure you have enough storage space
- Check compatibility with your Android version on the Google Play page
- Clear the Google Play Store cache
- Try restarting your device
๐ณ Purchases and subscriptions
If your purchase doesn't appear:
- Wait a few minutes and restart the app
- Check your internet connection
- Go to Google Play > Account > Order history to verify the payment
- Use the "Restore purchases" feature if available in the app's settings
If the problem persists, contact us with your Google Play order number.
For refunds:
- Refunds are handled by Google Play
- Go to your Google Play order history
- Select the relevant purchase and follow the instructions
For technical issues related to a purchase, contact us first - we may be able to resolve the problem.
To cancel a subscription:
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap your profile picture
- Select "Payments and subscriptions" > "Subscriptions"
- Find the subscription to cancel and tap "Cancel subscription"
You can continue using the premium features until the end of the current billing period.

To delete your account and your data:
- In the app: Go to Settings > Account > Delete my account
- Via our website: Use our data deletion form
- By email: Send a request to u0419054711@gmail.com
Warning: Deletion is irreversible and results in the loss of all your data.
We only collect the data necessary for the operation of our applications. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
In summary, we may collect:
- Account data (if you create one)
- Game progress data
- Anonymized usage data
- Advertising identifier (for apps with ads)
๐ฑ Advertisements
To limit ad personalization:
- Go to your Android device's Settings
- Select "Google" > "Ads"
- Turn on "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
Note: You will still see ads, but they will be less targeted.
Some of our applications offer an option to remove ads through a one-time purchase. Check in the app's settings or in the built-in store to see if this option is available.
