Your right to data deletion

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Google Play requirements, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").

This page allows you to submit a request to delete your account and data for all LudicCraft applications.

What data will be deleted?

When your account is deleted, the following data will be erased:

Account data: Email, username, encrypted password, profile picture
Progress data: Scores, levels, achievements, game statistics
Personalization data: Settings, preferences, virtual purchases
Communications: Message history with support
Usage data: Activity logs, analytics data linked to your account

Data retained for legal reasons

Certain data may be retained in accordance with our legal obligations:

Transaction data: Retained for 10 years for accounting and tax obligations
Data required as evidence: In the event of an ongoing dispute
Anonymized data: Anonymous aggregated statistics may be retained

Processing time

Your deletion request will be processed within a maximum of 30 days. You will receive a confirmation by email once the deletion has been completed.

Note: Deletion is irreversible. All your progress, virtual purchases, and data will be permanently lost.

Frequently asked questions

Can I recover my data after deletion?

No, deletion is permanent and irreversible. Make sure you really want to delete your data.

Will my purchases be refunded?

Deleting your account does not result in an automatic refund of purchases made. For refund requests, please contact Google Play support.

Can I create a new account after deletion?

Yes, you can create a new account, but you will start from scratch without your old data or progress.
