Data Deletion
Last updated: August 17, 2026
Your right to data deletion
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Google Play's requirements, you have the right to ask us to delete your personal data — the "right to be forgotten". This page is how you ask.
It is worth saying plainly what that covers, because our applications hold very little about you. None of them has an account or a password, and almost everything they know stays on your phone.
What we can delete
Two things leave your device and reach us. Those are the two we can erase on request:
- Your leaderboard entry — the nickname you chose, your score, and an identifier generated by the application. This exists only in Memory Heist, Reflex Master and TIC TAC TOE XXL, and only if you submitted a score.
- Your messages to support — your email address and what you wrote, if you have ever contacted us.
What deletes itself, without asking us
- Your progress, scores and settings. They live on your device only. Uninstalling the application erases them, immediately and completely. We never had a copy.
- Your photos, in Pixmory, and your GPS tracks, in Distance Measure Pro. Read on the device, stored on the device, gone when you uninstall.
What we cannot delete, because we never hold it
- Advertising and analytics data. Your advertising ID and app-usage statistics are held by Google, not by us. Google keeps them for at most 14 months. You can reset or erase your advertising ID at any time from Settings › Google › Ads, and change your consent from the privacy option in each application's settings.
- Your Google Play Games profile, if you signed in to Lexiverse. It belongs to your Google account: manage or delete it from your Google account.
- Your purchases. Payments are handled entirely by Google Play Billing. We never receive or store your payment details, and cannot refund a purchase — Google Play support can.
Processing time
We answer within 30 days at the latest, and in practice much sooner. You will get a confirmation by email once the deletion is done.
Deletion is irreversible. A deleted leaderboard entry cannot be restored.
Deletion request
Fill this in and press the button: it opens your email application with the request already written, addressed to us. You send it yourself, so you keep a copy and we can reply to you.
Prefer to just write to us?
The form above is only a convenience. A plain email works just as well — send it to contact@ludiccraft.com with the application concerned and, if you have one, your leaderboard nickname.
Frequently asked questions
Can I recover my data after deletion?
No. A deleted leaderboard entry is gone for good.
Will I lose my progress?
No. Your progress never leaves your device, so deleting what we hold does not touch it. It disappears only if you uninstall the application.
Can I play again afterwards?
Yes, exactly as before. There is no account to lose, and you can submit a new score whenever you like.
How do I stop personalized ads instead?
That is not a deletion request — it is a consent choice. Open the application's settings and use the privacy option there. You can also reset your advertising ID from Settings › Google › Ads.
