Welcome to the applications and services of LudicCraft. By downloading, installing or using our mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

LudicCraft develops and offers mobile applications, including games and utility applications, available on the Google Play Store and other distribution platforms.

Certain features may require the creation of an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information

• Be responsible for all activity on your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some applications offer in-app purchases (virtual currency, items, premium features). These purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to their terms of sale.

6.2 Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with the policies of Google Play. For technical issues, contact our support before requesting a refund.

6.3 Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can manage your subscriptions in the settings of the Google Play Store.

7. Intellectual Property

All elements of our applications (code, graphics, music, text, logos, etc.) are the exclusive property of LudicCraft or its partners and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are not authorized to:

• Copy, modify or distribute our applications or their content
• Use our trademarks, logos or distinctive elements without authorization
• Disassemble, decompile or reverse-engineer our applications

8. Advertising

Some of our free applications contain advertisements. By using these applications, you accept:

• The display of advertisements (banners, interstitials, rewarded videos)
• The collection of anonymized data for advertising purposes (see our Privacy Policy)

You can generally disable ad personalization in your device settings.

9. Availability of Services

We strive to keep our services available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the services
• Perform scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Update the applications to fix bugs or add features

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the application
• We are not responsible for content created by users

11. Termination

You can stop using our services at any time by uninstalling the applications.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, we will strive to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.

14. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LudicCraft
• Severability: If a clause is invalid, the others remain in effect
• No Waiver: Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our written consent
